Products and Carrier Compensation
Many Insurance Agencies and IMOs tell you that they represent dozens of Carriers, but they incentivize Agents to write with 1 or 2 Carriers while others only represent 1 or 2 Carriers. At Generation 1, we truly want you to write the Carrier that is best for the Client. We allow you to have many Carrier options and add more as you need them.
Carrier Compensation is important, but it is not the primary consideration one should look at when evaluating an Agency. Some Companies recruit by stating that they have the highest compensation in the industry while others recruit by stating that you will have lower compensation, but you will earn more as you build your Agency.
